Outplacement support during redundancy shouldn’t end with the last paid for face to face session with a career consultant. Or with the last failed interview ! Many people – young and older – have too much talent and experience lying in wait for someone to use ! So create your local community redundancy clubs (CRC’s) and meet regularly to support each other.
